America's Other 1 Percent

According to one government report, as many as 3.5 million Americans,
(or 1 percent of the total U.S. population) are homeless at any given time,
creating a sub-class equivalent to the upper 1 percent of millionaires and
billionaires who control Wall Street and the economy.
